Half day Fasting Menu 1

Akanekke is Back!
Seriously needing to get rid of extra souvenir she got for herself.
So, this time, we're putting her on HALF DAY FASTING.
Here is menu of the day 1

BREAKFAST: Carrot & Apple Juice


Drink about 2 glass of fresh Carrot & Apple juice.
Important! Drink very slowly like eating soup.
(OK to incorporate fake chewing if you like)

The natural sugar should keep you away from the hunger.


LUNCH: Soba

ざるそば
Cold Soba Noodle (with dipping seasoned soy souce)

ひじき煮
Hijiki

ぬか漬け
Pickled Veggies

Lunch should be something very lite.
Soba noodle is ideal because it's very low cal,
but still contains tans of nutrients.


DINNER: Bagged Cabbage Bento Box

キャベツの袋煮
Tofu Bagged Cabbage with Shitake mushroom

青菜のなっとう和え
Green Leafs with Natto

ひじき
Hijiki

ぬか漬け
Picked Veggie

Dinner can be very normal amount.
Staying on low cal and high veggie balanced diet.

Throughout the day, if you feel hungry or thirsty,
Drink Hot Ginger Tea.

Here is how to make ginger tea.
Just add 1tsp of graded ginger to back tea.
(Very Simple, right?)
It will help warming up body~
so to enhance immune system.
It's actually taste very good, too.

  1. thank you izumi! i did well till noon. then soba tasted sooooo good. but around 3:30, i got super hungry... so, i had dinner at 4pm...
    then around 8pm, i went to go see my old friend from ohio, had kimchi chige... 半分。。。
